The neo-Nazi movement "Movimiento Nacional Socialista Vanguardia Nacional"
(MNSVN - National Socialist Movement 'National Vanguard') was founded on 20
April 2010, with branches in Lima, La Libertad and Lambayeque.

The flag of MNSVN is red with three thin horizontal stripes, white, black and
white in the middle, and a white diamond bordered in black and charged with a
black arrow pointing upwards, said to be the "tyr" rune. The colours of the flag
are taken from the "antique Nazi standards".
Red represents blood, courage and value, as well as vitality and enthusiasm in
fighting. Red is also a fundamental component of the group's cultural and ethnic
identity, this colour being shown on the first European standards hoisted in the
Americas. Black represents authority and discipline, in direct relation with
hierarchic order and the duty accomplishment. White represents purity, harmony
and equilibrium of the antique Western civilizations. The "tyr" rune (aka
"thir", "teiwaz", "tiwaz") is associated to motivation and courage required for
fighting and victory. The rune, shaped as a raised spear or a sword, also
symbolizes power, resistance, determination and fighting spirit.

The flag exists in real, as shown on photos taken on 20 April "of the Year 121
of the Hitlerian Era" (2010). The photos also show the Nazi flag and a white
flag with the red Cross of Burgundy; the symbols' page also show a "War flag",
black with the white logo of the movement - the letters "VN" surrounded by two
branchs of laurel -, which does not seem to exist in real.

They got that much right: The Germanic rune ᛏ stood for all
that and also for Týr, the one-handed cripple Norse god of single combat

(But of course it also means "t", and
in this instance it stands for the Spanish word "tonterÃa".)
Spanish "antiguo"/"antiga" means rather "ancient" or even plain
"old", as in "not current".
These boys should go to a neo-Nazi event in Poland or Russia or the US. Their
«cultural and ethnic identity» would fit right in as they'd be warmly welcomed
as janitors, or punch bags.
